Definitions and Interpretation

"Platform" means the asia75 website available at asia75.pro and all associated mobile interfaces, APIs, and services. "Player", "User", "You" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform. "Account" means the individual account held by a registered Player on the Platform. "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency in which Platform transactions are denominated. "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, or matched deposit amount credited to a Player account subject to specific bonus terms. References to "these Terms" include all supplementary policies published on this Platform including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotion terms.

Eligibility and Account Registration

asia75 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to national identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending review.

Account Security and Confidentiality

You are entirely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your asia75 username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.
• Not disclose your login credentials to any other person, including family members.
• Log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Notify asia75 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

asia75 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation. Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are active will be treated as authorised activity, regardless of whether you personally performed the action, unless you have promptly notified us of a suspected security breach.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

All financial transactions on the asia75 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform supports the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, and direct bank transfers from supported Bangladeshi financial institutions including City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and others listed on the deposit page.

The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmed receipt by the Platform's payment processor.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification.

Players are solely responsible for ensuring that the payment details they provide are accurate and belong to accounts or instruments in their own name. asia75 will not process withdrawals to payment methods not held in the registered Player's name.

Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

asia75 offers a variety of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must be wagered the stated number of times before they or any associated winnings become withdrawable as real-money funds.

Fair Play, Prohibited Conduct, and Game Integrity

asia75 is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all Players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and permanent exclusion from the Platform:

• Collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.

• Exploitation of software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through a demonstrable Platform error will be voided.

• Placing bets on behalf of another person, acting as a betting agent, or operating any form of syndicate through a personal account.
• Any attempt to launder money or use the Platform for any illegal financial transaction.

asia75 uses automated risk management and fraud detection systems. Where suspicious activity is flagged, asia75 may place a temporary hold on the relevant account and request additional documentation before releasing any withdrawal or continued access to the Platform.

Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply specifically to sports betting activity on asia75, including cricket, football, kabaddi, and all other available sports markets:

• All bets are accepted subject to the specific market rules displayed at the time of placement. Market rules take precedence over general bet settlement guidelines.
• Bets placed after the official start time of an event ("late bets") may be voided at asia75's discretion.
• In-play bets are subject to slight latency and may be rejected if the odds have moved materially between placement and confirmation.
• Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or significantly altered, asia75 will settle bets in accordance with the market-specific rules. If no specific rule applies, bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• Maximum payout limits per event, per day, and per market are applied and are available upon request from support.
• asia75 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly erroneous due to a pricing error, regardless of whether the relevant event has already concluded.

Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

asia75 takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. The Platform provides the following tools to help Players manage their activity:

• Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits, configurable from your account settings.
• Session time reminders that alert you when you have been logged in for a defined period.
• A self-exclusion facility that allows you to suspend your account for a defined period or indefinitely.
• Reality check prompts that display your session duration and net win/loss during active play.

If you believe that your gambling behaviour is causing harm to you or others, we strongly encourage you to use the self-exclusion facility immediately and seek guidance from a qualified support organisation. Intellectual Property

All content on the asia75 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, trade names, and the overall compilation and presentation of the Platform — is the intellectual property of asia75 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of asia75.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, asia75 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. asia75 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. In all circumstances, asia75's total liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Account Closure and Termination

You may close your asia75 account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard verification procedures.

asia75 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where:

• There is a breach or suspected breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• The account has been inactive for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.
• Continued operation of the account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to the Platform.
• You request self-exclusion or voluntary account closure under the Responsible Gaming provisions.

Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, asia75 reserves the right to retain any balance in the account as partial or full compensation for losses sustained as a result of the breach.

Amendments to These Terms

asia75 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Governing Language and Contact

These Terms & Conditions are written and governed in the English language. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
